Walk right in- I would avoid lunchtimes (other customers are in a rush and demanding salespeople’s attention).

Sometimes, they need to be goaded a bit to get you into the chair. Try saying your friend recommended their brand, and that someone there helped her out SO much. Could they show you some of their line?

Also good: “I can never figure out the right color for me…”
